Security-Cleared Site Manager – Reading Construction Lead

PSR Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager for a Reading project, requiring an existing Security Clearance. You will lead day-to-day construction activities, manage subcontractors and ensure works meet programme, budget, and quality targets.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will develop short-term programmes, monitor progress, and maintain site records and RAMS. A strong safety focus and excellent communication are essential to drive successful delivery.
