The role involves advising on complex, high-value, cross-border transactions within the aviation sector, including the sale, purchase, and leasing of aircraft and engines. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing KYC/AML compliance, advising on corporate governance, and collaborating with global teams to mitigate legal risks.
Eligibility: Applicants must be Qualified Solicitors (England and Wales) with 5+ years of PQE in commercial law, preferably in-house or at a reputable law firm. Experience in aviation transactions is preferred but not mandatory. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
