Job Description:
The post holder will lead the Learning, Education and Development (LEaD) function across both Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust and Isle of Wight NHS Trust, providing strategic business and financial leadership to support workforce development and education.
Based across PHU or IWT with travel between sites, the role requires senior leadership experience, robust financial governance and partnership working to deliver the LEaD strategy.
