Quality & Compliance Systems Lead – Manufacturing

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Systems & Compliance Manager to oversee Quality Management Systems across multiple sites in Worcestershire/Herefordshire. You will lead internal and GMP audits, drive compliance with BRC/FSC/ISCC+ standards, and coordinate HACCP reviews and risk assessments.

You will foster a culture of product safety, support supplier and customer compliance activities, and provide expert guidance while delivering training to enhance operational excellence and sustainability.
