About you:

• Strong digital content development, writing, and editing skills
• Experience adapting training or complex information for online audiences
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive content design
• Creative approach to presenting information through video, graphics, activities, or knowledge checks
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

What you’ll do:

• Develop engaging and accessible online, on-demand training courses, starting with two priority programmes
• Collaborate across teams to design content that is easy to navigate and visually appealing
• Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences
• Ensure content meets accessibility standards and is inclusive for all learners
