We are currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Early Years TA to work within nursery and primary school settings in Chatham.
This is a full-time position and offers flexibility for candidates who are happy to work within a nursery setting, where working hours may vary depending on the needs of the setting.
The Role
You could be working within either a nursery or primary school environment, supporting children with their early learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities
- Helping create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Supporting children’s social, emotional and educational development
- Working alongside teachers and nursery staff
- Assisting with daily routines and classroom activities
- Encouraging children’s independence and confidence
- Supporting individual learning and development needs
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting
- Comfortable working within either a nursery or primary school
- Flexible working hours if working within a nursery setting
- Reliable, enthusiastic and nurturing approach
- DBS required, or willingness to apply for a new DBS
- Driver preferred due to the location of the settings
