Hospital Switchboard & Receptionist – Patient Care

SWFT Clinical Services Ltd is seeking a Telephonist/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors and staff. The vacancy is a zero-hour contract covering day shifts with occasional night shifts in our Hospital Switchboard Team, based in the United Kingdom.

You should be confident, articulate and well organised, able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. At least two years’ telecoms or customer-facing experience is preferred, NHS background ideal
