Group Financial Accountant – Treasury & Reporting

St George’s University Hospitals is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join the Financial Accounts team. The role centers on treasury management, cash flow, bank and control account reconciliations, balance sheet reporting, and NHS financial returns.

The postholder will ensure IFRS compliance and assist with audit work. The role collaborates with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Management Accounts, and external auditors, supporting improvements to systems and controls.
