Floor Manager – Hospitality Lead (Evenings & Weekends)

Penningtons Brasserie and Bar in Windsor is seeking a Floor Manager to drive service quality and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, support the Restaurant Manager, and ensure smooth operations across restaurant, bar and lounge during evenings and weekends.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a similar role, a guest-focused attitude, and the ability to train and develop team members while upholding brand standards and health and safety requirements.
