Front Desk & Guest Experience Specialist

Ibis Edinburgh Royal Mile – Hunter Square, part of the Accor group, is seeking a Front Office Team Member to deliver warm, personal service from arrival to departure. You will be involved in guest reception, support across F&B, and assist Reservations and Back Office as needed, ensuring a memorable stay for every guest.

Fluency in English is required. You will be trained in front-of-house roles and safety protocols to help you welcome and care for our guests with a genuine hospitality mindset.
