The role:
Teach a Year 4 class from January 2027.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Adapt teaching to meet a range of abilities and learning needs.
Assess pupils’ progress and use this to inform future planning.
Maintain positive behaviour and a purposeful classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, including the parallel class teacher, to support consistent teaching and learning.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am-4:00pm
Salary: Outer London Main Pay Range, 39,196- 52,241 per annum (M1-M6 equivalent for 2026/27), subject to the school’s pay arrangements and the applicable pay point.
Who Should Apply?
The school is looking for a qualified primary teacher with QTS who can deliver effective lessons, manage a Year 4 classroom confidently and support pupils of differing abilities. Experience teaching in KS2 would be beneficial. ECTs with QTS are welcome to apply.
