Pre-Opening Restaurant Manager, Luxury 5-Star Hotel

Hotel Gotham Bristol, part of Bespoke Hotels, is Bristol’s first luxury five-star lifestyle hotel opening soon. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll help shape the pre-opening and lead our signature Middle Eastern / Mediterranean inspired restaurant.

Working with the senior management team, you’ll recruit and develop a high-performing F&B crew, set standards and SOPs, train staff, manage guest feedback, and ensure impeccable service from breakfast to dinner and private dining.
