Overview
Speech and Language Therapist – Loughborough. Reference: Speech and Language Therapist. Location: Loughborough. Contract: Full-time, Permanent. This Level 7 role is suited to an experienced clinician with expertise in both speech and language therapy and dysphagia management.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat service users with complex needs; deliver individual and group therapy; lead on specialist dysphagia management.
- Supervise junior staff and students; support service development; contribute to audits and research.
Qualifications
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC and RCSLT registration
- Completion of RCSLT Level C / EDS Level 5 Dysphagia Competencies
- Strong evidence of CPD and specialist training
- Experience managing a complex caseload independently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexible, resilient, and committed to safeguarding adults
