Laser Applications Engineer: Micromachining & Optical Systems

Mars in Didcot is recruiting a Laser Applications Engineer to develop laser micromachining processes for customers and to run production tasks using state-of-the-art laser systems. The role suits graduates in lasers, optical engineering or physics, or those with two+ years of industry experience.

You will work in a high-performing Lab team, handling UV to IR wavelengths and various pulse durations, supported by strong IT skills and practical hands-on capability in laser systems.
