Laser Applications Engineer – Micromachining & Laser Systems

Mars in Didcot is seeking a Laser Applications Engineer to join a high‑performing lab team. You will develop laser micromachining processes for customers and run production work on state‑of‑the‑art laser systems spanning UV to IR.

We look for a degree or MSc in Lasers, Optical Engineering, Physics or Engineering plus practical laser experience; knowledge of micromachining, machine control software, materials science and metrology is a plus.
