Job Details We offer a driver referral bonus, refer a friend and get £200 once they have completed 20 shifts HGV Class 1 store deliveries Weekend work available 8-12-hour shifts Work location: Lutterworth Rota shifts Available Tuesday to Saturday 22:00pm to midnight starts Thursday to Monday 13:00pm starts Requirements Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence Minimum 6 months’ Class 1 experience Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Maximum 6 penalty points No IN, DR, or DD conviction codes Benefits Company pension Death in Service cover Free CPC Module (1 per year) for regular full-time drivers 24-hour GP access Supportive, professional working environment Pay Rates – Night Shifts (22:00–06:00) Week 12 Rates (from 1 November): £19.93 per hour Overtime: £26.85 Bank Holidays: £39.86 Bank Holiday Overtime: £46.78 After 12 Weeks: £21.79 per hour Overtime: £28.71 Bank Holidays: £43.58 Bank Holiday Overtime: £50.50 Week 27 Peak Rates (from 13 December): £22.79 per hour Overtime: £29.71 Bank Holidays: £45.58 Bank Holiday Overtime: £52.50 Weekend Supplement – From 1 December An additional £1.00 per hour for all hours worked applies when a weekend shift has been worked.
Important Pay Rate Changes: From 1 November: Week 1 rates are removed.
Week 12 rates will apply to all new drivers.
