Growth Web Director — SEO, CRO & CRM Lead

Chip UK is seeking a Head of Web to own the website as a growth channel, leading SEO, CRO and CRM integration while guiding a two-person team. You’ll drive organic growth, conversion improvements and a fast, compliant site that supports the customer journey from first visit to app and deposit.

The role reports to the SVP Marketing and collaborates with Growth, CRM, Brand, Product, Engineering and Compliance.
