• To work within a team ensuring all patients receive timely and appropriate care, ensuring utilisation of Allied Health Professionals support and guidance to promote a safe and timely discharge.
• Maintain current knowledge to ensure compliance with NMC requirements.
• Providing patient care and ensuring all activities of daily living are maintained whilst ensuring the patient receives safe and appropriate care.
• Linking with all AHP’s ensuring the patient receives timely and appropriate.
• Ensuring the patient receives their prescribed medications at the correct time.
• Participating in a research and audit completion.
• Ensuring all knowledge is recorded and up to date via the Trust system.
• Working with all AHP’s ensuring patient care is provided safely and timely.
• Participating in all research and audit for the Trust.
• Participating in all Trust iniatives.
