Hybrid London: Commercial Property Portfolio Manager

Places for People is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio including around 50 retail spaces, plus commercial and mixed-use properties. You will manage the full lifecycle from inspections to financial reporting and rent reviews, while serving as the primary contact for tenants.

You will monitor lease events, coordinate contractors, manage budgets and arrears, and ensure compliance with lease, regulatory and RICS requirements. Basis is London with 2–3 days on-site.
