Guest Service & Duty Manager — Front Desk Lead

Hampton By Hilton Sheffield is seeking an Assistant Guest Service Manager to oversee front desk operations and act as Duty Manager. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, welcome guests, and ensure a smooth, secure stay across a busy 142-room property.

This role covers shifts (early and late) over 4/5 days, leading the Front Office team, resolving guest requests, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and identifying sales leads to drive guest satisfaction.
