Night Guest Service & Safety Host

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Nights Guest Service Assistant to support overnight operations and deliver safe, welcoming experiences for guests.

You will greet arrivals, respond to guest needs, handle night audit duties, serve drinks from our 24-hour menu, and ensure brand standards are maintained. This role suits someone calm, attentive and capable of working independently during night shifts.
