Overview
As a Robotics Controls Engineer at Wayve you translate AI Driver outputs into safe, smooth vehicle motion across platforms. You will design and tune trajectory- and motion-control algorithms, integrate them with real-time vehicle actuation, and ensure robust, production-quality performance. You’ll work across teams to enable new vehicle platforms and features, using simulation and on-road testing to validate improvements. This role offers the chance to shape AV control systems at scale and contribute to a mission to universalize autonomy.
