About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join our team at an industrial site in Eastleigh.
We have two shift options available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
Shift Options
Option 1 – 3 Days Per Week (21 Hours per week)
Days: Monday, Wednesday & FridayHours: 6:00 am – 1:00 pmFlexibility: Start time can be up to 1 hour later.
Option 2 – Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
Days: Monday to FridayHours: 6:00 am – 10:00 amFlexibility: Start time can be adjusted, with a latest start time of 10:00 am. Agreed shift duration to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning washrooms and breakout areas on shop floor and office areas.
Sweeping, mopping and maintaining clean floors.
Cleaning surfaces and communal areas.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
Following health and safety procedures.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
Willing to follow site safety procedures.
What We Offer
£13.10 per hour.
Monthly pay.
Two shift patterns to choose from.
Flexible start times, subject to the agreed shift pattern.
