Bakery Floor Leader — 4 on 4 off, Central Scotland

Protea Recruitment Ltd is partnered with a bakery client in Bathgate, Scotland, seeking a Front Line Manager to lead a production area on a 4 on, 4 off days shift. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency while supporting your team and maintaining strong cross‑department collaboration.

The role requires 2–3 years of production leadership experience in FMCG food manufacturing, Food Safety Level 3, and SAP experience; HACCP knowledge is a plus. Commutable from Edinburgh and Glasgow.
