Responsibilities

• Manage advisory and transactional insolvency matters for diverse clients
• Act for insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors and creditors
• Contribute to complex restructurings, contentious proceedings and corporate recovery projects
• Handle a varied caseload with an emphasis on practical, clear solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advice and outcomes

Key requirements

• Background in Insolvency law (ideally)
• Solicitors with 3+ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work across disciplines
