Fraud Consultant – Evening & Part-Time (Swansea)

Santander’s Fraud Operations in Swansea is hiring a Fraud Consultant on the late shift (part-time, 4 hours daily, Mon-Sun). Training 4pm-8pm for 12 weeks. You’ll answer calls, assess fraud risks, gather information, and protect customers and the bank from financial loss.

You’ll build rapport, listen carefully, and provide clear guidance with a focus on customer service. This role requires in-office presence, induction at the hub, and a flexible shift pattern with advance notice.
