Team Manager, Staff Engagement & Marketing Ops

Walsall Council is recruiting two Team Managers in our Communications and Marketing team to drive a new strategy. The role of Staff Engagement & Marketing Operations shapes internal communications, supports culture and employee experience, and leads the Print and Design service.

You will work with senior leaders and internal partners to deliver inclusive, insight-led communications, drive improvement, manage performance and budgets, and build strong relationships inside and outside the council.
