Trust Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the S63 area for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
The Role:Supporting teaching and learning across primaryPlanning, preparing, and delivering targeted intervention work to support pupil progressProviding occasional class cover where requiredWorking closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and effective support sessionsCreating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environmentSupporting pupils of all abilities and learning needs to achieve their potentialWorking collaboratively with staff, pupils, and parents to support positive outcomes
The Ideal Candidate Will:Hold a minimum HLTA status or have relevant experience within a similar role (ECTs ideal)Have experience working within primaryBe confident delivering intervention programmes and small group supportDemonstrate strong classroom management and communication skillsBe reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a teamHave a proactive and positive approach to supporting teaching and learningBe flexible and confident providing class cover when required
