THE ROLE
n
We have a role for a talented Employment Lawyer 6 – 8 PQE to join a highly ranked Employment Department
n
The work will be wide ranging handling both contentious and non-contentious work including advising corporates and senior employees on the following:-
n
Corporate reorganisations – TUPE
n
Disciplinary proceedings and grievances
n
M&A transactional work, due diligence and corporate support
n
Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, and settlement agreements
n
Tribunal / Court work
n
As a key member of a busy team, you will also be expected to assist with managing and mentoring junior team members
n
n
THE CANDIDATE
n
