Overview

In this Property Litigation PSL role at a renowned City firm, you will support the full spectrum of contentious property work while contributing to know-how, training, publications, and marketing through legal tech and AI. You will leverage prior property litigation experience to assist fee-earners and drive BD initiatives. The role offers flexible hours and a path to deeper specialization within a respected team that aligns with the firm’s emphasis on client-focused disputes.

Responsibilities

• contribute to internal and external training and know-how resources
• assist with publications and marketing activities
• support business development initiatives using legal tech and AI
• handle or supervise contentious property matters such as dilapidations, lease renewals, rent reviews, break options, forfeiture and possession, service charge disputes and related issues
• collaborate with fee-earners to deliver high-quality property dispute resolution for clients

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contentious property litigation
• experience as a fee-earner or PSL in property disputes
• strong ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment
