F&B Supervisor: Lead Service & Guest Experience

LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Holiday Inn Edinburgh. You will help ensure the restaurant and bar are prepared for service, act as an ambassador for the hotel, and create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and looked after.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager to lead the team, uphold high standards of service, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue through exceptional experiences on the floor.
