Junior Legal Counsel: Property & Planning (Hybrid, Car)

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Junior Legal Counsel for a prominent FTSE 100 housebuilder. The role is in‑house within the Land & Housing Association Legal Team, offering end-to-end deal ownership in a hybrid setup based in York or Exeter, England.

The successful solicitor will handle land acquisition, development agreements, Section 106, and related due diligence, working with internal teams across Land, Planning and regional business units.
