Head of Managed Estate & Property Strategy

National Highways seeks a Head of Asset Management (Managed Estate) to lead our non-occupied estate strategy and maximise value from land held for future schemes and property no longer required. You will drive governance, compliance and value across a complex portfolio.

Based at one of several offices with regular travel to Exeter and across the network, you will oversee disposals, external partnerships and strategic property leadership to deliver robust commercial outcomes for the organisation.
