Community Support Worker: Empowering Young People

Positive Futures in the UK is seeking a Community Support Worker to help children and young people with learning disabilities, brain injury or autism live the life they want. You don’t need formal qualifications or prior experience—just kindness, patience and a sense of fun.

You’ll support access to social and community activities, help build independence at home and in the community, and keep simple records. A full, paid induction is provided, plus ongoing team support.
