Recovery & Community Support Advocate

CHR Career Opportunities is seeking a Community Support Specialist I for the Enfield CSP program, providing recovery-oriented services to individuals with serious mental illness. The role emphasizes person-centered planning, housing access, benefits support, and coordination of care to promote independent living.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with emphasis on compassionate advocacy and collaboration with families and community resources to help clients progress on their recovery paths.
