Presbyterian Church in Ireland (PCI) is seeking a Team Leader for Trinity House in Belfast to oversee night-time operations and ensure compassionate, person-centred care in a faith-based setting. You will manage care plans, supervise staff, and maintain high standards while upholding the Christian ethos of CSW.
You will liaise with residents, families and healthcare professionals, supervise medicines, and contribute to staff training and development within a No Smoking environment.
