Adults Social Worker – Locality Team (Hybrid)

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Adults Locality Team in London. The role focuses on holistic, person-centred support for adults over 18 with physical or mental health disabilities, across Wandsworth.

As a post-ASYE practitioner, you will assess needs, work with carers and partners, follow safeguarding procedures, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to multidisciplinary practice.
