Conveyancing & Litigation Solicitor

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Property team, advising developers, housebuilders, landowners, social housing providers and corporate clients on a broad range of property and commercial matters, with opportunities to develop experience in both transactional and contentious work.

The role will involve managing residential conveyancing matters, including acquisitions, disposals and lettings, alongside advising on property development and related agreements. The successful candidate will also gain significant exposure to property and commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, landlord and tenant matters, property disputes and other contentious issues.

• 0-3 years’ PQE;
• Experience in conveyancing and litigation law;
• Technically excellent;
