People Advisor – Hospitality & Employee Experience Champion

Hiddenwell is seeking a proactive People Advisor to support Ardencote and our Central Support teams. You’ll work with managers and employees, offering practical guidance on People policies, attendance, and performance while upholding our values and culture.

You’ll manage lifecycle activities from recruitment to departures, partner with Learning & Development, and help deliver wider People initiatives across sites. A CIPD path is welcomed, with opportunities for growth.
