Mind in London is seeking a Supporter Care Manager to lead Mind’s Supporter Care team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional supporter experience through calls and emails, ensuring empathy and personalised engagement.

Based in our London office with a hybrid arrangement, you will attend the office 2 days per week while collaborating across teams to drive strategic change, quality assurance, and compliant safeguarding and data protection practices.
