Professional Support Lawyer: Private Client 5PQE+

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced tax and private client specialist to join a leading international law firm as a Knowledge Lawyer, supporting a sophisticated practice advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees and institutions on complex domestic and cross-border matters.

The Role

• Lead the development and delivery of the team’s knowledge strategy.
• Create and maintain legal precedents, technical guidance and client-facing resources.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise on their impact.
• Design and deliver internal training and client seminars.
• Produce thought leadership, articles and client updates.
• Support business development and strengthen client relationships through knowledge initiatives.
• Explore AI and legal technology to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Advise lawyers on technical legal queries and support risk management initiatives.

About You

• Ideally 6+ years’ PQE, with experience as a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL or a fee-earner with strong knowledge management experience.
• Strong expertise in tax law and international private client matters.
• Excellent drafting, research and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and knowledge innovation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• An interest in legal technology, AI and improving how legal services are delivered.
