Eclipse Engagement Consultant

Overview

As an Engagement Consultant for the Eze Eclipse client service team, you lead client onboarding and implementation, coordinating across internal and external partners to ensure a smooth deployment. You’ll serve as the primary contact for clients, driving satisfaction and scalable adoption of the Eclipse platform. You will collaborate with product and development teams to influence enhancements. This role offers cross-functional exposure in a fast-paced, financial services environment with a strong focus on client outcomes and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of clients onto the Eze Eclipse platform
• Coordinate and run client meetings as the main onboarding contact
• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and Client Services to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction
• Engage with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline project execution
• Advocate for platform enhancements to meet evolving client needs and support scalability

Key requirements

• 2+ years in Financial Services or Investment Technology, especially in Trading, Operations, or Accounting
• Strong background in system implementation and configuration for accounting or trading platforms
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and project timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience collaborating with Product and Development teams to influence product enhancements
• Understanding of account and relationship management best practices
