Leadership & Culture Strategy Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you drive leadership and culture solutions within large-scale transformations, partnering with senior clients to embed leadership, culture, and DEI initiatives that enable business outcomes. You operate across global, matrixed organizations and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, shaping transformational deals and sustainable change. You’ll lead design, delivery, and client management while leveraging Accenture’s broader capabilities. This is a high-growth, entrepreneurial role with a clear impact on client success and organizational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement leadership and culture programmes within large-scale transformations
• Manage a portfolio of client engagements and embed solutions for tangible client benefits
• Lead business development and originate opportunities to expand the Leadership & Culture footprint
• Demonstrate commercial acumen by managing project profitability and cross-functional collaboration
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across regions to deliver coherent solutions
• Drive leadership, board effectiveness, CEO succession planning, and culture change initiatives

Key requirements

• Significant client management and business development experience
• Experience working with senior leaders and top teams in major industries
• Broad consulting background, ideally with Big Four organisations
• Proven ability to operate in global, matrixed environments with diverse stakeholders
• Credible experience in Leadership & Culture offerings (e.g., team effectiveness, culture change, leadership development, coaching, DEI)
• Comfort with data/analytics and technology alongside experience-based judgment
• Line management or mentoring experience
• Aptitude or interest in advancing AI in Leadership & Culture context
