Education Union Organiser — Flexible Location (Edinburgh)

The Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS) invites applications for a permanent full-time Organiser based in Edinburgh, with flexible working patterns. You will build organising capacity across Schools, Colleges and Universities and engage with reps and members.

The role emphasizes campaigning, recruitment and retention of Institute members, including probationers and newly qualified teachers. You will visit branches, contribute to CPD events and support disputes where appropriate.
