Education HR Officer — Flexible Hours & Growth

Leicester Grammar School is seeking a highly organised HR Officer to support the full employee lifecycle across our trust’s three schools, working closely with the Head of HR, headteachers and managers.

The role covers recruitment and safer recruitment, maintaining personnel records and employment documentation, and providing advice on HR policies while supporting employee relations and fostering a positive, inclusive working environment.
