An Amazing Position for a Permanent, Live In or Out Experienced, December Start Nanny. In both Penbury, Tunbridge Wells and Brighton.A very busy family who is well known to Harmony at Home need a reliable, experienced nanny that will be happy to do some nights to assist with settling the baby if he wakes up, if the candidate does do a night then they would just be needed for a couple of hours in the day.It is important that the nanny can adapt and grow with the needs of the young chap, as the family need a reliable, flexible nanny to grow with him and be an important port of his early years.The family are hoping to find someone truly special who will build a lovely bond with their little boy, who is just under one year old, and play an important role in his early years as he grows, develops and discovers the world around him.It is very important that the candidate can become a part of the family and also be able to be discreet when required.You will be required to sleep in the nursery with baby when on duty, but there is separate accommodation if the nanny would like to live in.The young chap would like nanny to travel with them when they go away too. Flexibility is an important part of this position, as the role will initially involve a combination of daytime care and occasional overnight stays to help settle the baby should he wake.There are also older children in the family, so someone who is naturally friendly, engaging and happy to spend time with them, particularly during family holidays, would be a wonderful fit.They need someone who is comfortable for being around animals as they have 2 French bull dogs who may need a fuss from time to time and also two very sweet cats.The family are looking for the right person who will want to be a long term member of the family.
Location of the job: Pembury, Tunbridge Wells Kent and Brighton East Sussex.Minimum experience Level for this job: it is essential the candidate has experience in caring for children in this age group.Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid essential before application.Details of any qualifications needed for this job: a childcare qualification is preferred but not essential.Hours of work: 9am – 7pm and nights 9pm – 7am.Days required: Monday to Saturday.Pets in the home: 2 dogs and 2 cats.A driver with a clean licence will be required, car provided.Job Start Date: December StartPay: £45-50k Gross per year.
