Project Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support customer projects and day-to-day delivery at Serein.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll support projects from planning through completion while helping ensure a smooth customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support the end-to-end coordination of customer projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, timelines, and action items.
• Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support customer communication and ensure queries are tracked and resolved.
• Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or issues proactively.
• Support the team with customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account coordination.
• Maintain records of customer contracts, key dates, and upcoming renewals.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams.
• Help improve project coordination processes and documentation as the business grows.

You Have

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Experience working in the retail industry; experience with retail technology or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with customers, clients, or external partners.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or Notion.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment.
• Exposure to digital platforms, technology, or SaaS products.
