Job Description:
NHS Lothian Pharmacy & Medicines Service in Edinburgh seeks a Specialist Pharmacist to work within Critical Care and Cardiothoracic Surgery Pharmacy teams. The role will optimise complex medication regimens for critically ill and ward step down patients and contribute to quality improvement, service development and medication safety initiatives.
You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, participate in rounds, and may act as an independent prescriber to enhance patient care.
