Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced and compassionate Paediatric Complex Carers to support a child with complex health needs in Gloucester. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to provide personalised, high-quality care within the comfort of the child’s home, helping them thrive and live life to the fullest.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred clinical care
• BiPAP therapy
• Suctioning
• PEG feeding
• Administer daily and emergency medications safely
• Support the child’s development, activities, and emotional wellbeing
• Follow individual care plans and maintain clear, accurate records
• Work flexibly across a day and night shift rota

Essential Requirements:

• Experience inpaediatric complex care(essential)
• Confident withGastrostomy button/tube feed,BiPAP,hoist, andnon invasive ventilationcare
• Calm, compassionate, and capable in emergency situations
• Flexible availability for bothday and night shifts
• Driving licence– desirable
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)– preferred
