We are working with a well-established fashion supplier based in London who is looking for a bright, enthusiastic fashion graduate to join their womenswear Jersey design team.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to get their foot in the door of the fashion industry. The role will be mainly admin-based, supporting the design team with day-to-day tasks, while giving you the chance to learn more about the design process and develop your skills within a busy, fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day admin support to the Jersey design team.
- Assisting with tech packs, product details and design documentation.
- Helping to organise samples, fabrics and product information.
- Updating spreadsheets and keeping design records accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the team with general admin and design tasks as required.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Person Specification
- A fashion-related degree or similar qualification.
- At least 6 months’ experience, either as an intern or within a fashion supplier.
- Good admin and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Some understanding of tech packs and the design process.
- A good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to muck in and help wherever needed.
- A team player who is keen to learn, take on responsibility and develop within the business.
